We are a multi award-winning provider who give a fantastic service at a great price, always putting our customers first and constantly looking for ways to improve.
1-3 days depending on which services you’re after. We may be able to set you up the same day if needed, subject to how complicated it is.
You pay for your service monthly in. Payment is made via Direct Debit.
You are more than welcome to come and visit us at Genie Heights. You can either drop in if you are passing or if there are specific team members you are working with and would like to meet, simply arrange a day/time so we can ensure they are in as not all Genies work full-time.
The Office Genie’s normal hours are 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday and Friday (or extended hours 8.00am – 8.00pm; 9.00am – 5pm Saturday). We do also have a 24/7 team in New Zealand should you need support outside our usual hours.
We work with a broad range of clients from every type of business imaginable. Many are small and based from home but others are well established companies with office premises too.
Here at The Office Genie we are incredibly proud of our Genies. We invest heavily in training and coaching and once our operators are skilled in their respective roles, we do our utmost to keep them. All Genies are given client-specific training and some of our clients often play a part in this training process and visit our offices to spend time with their Genies giving a real feel and understanding of the business they will be working for.
