We can do a variety of administration tasks, from managing your email account, uploading data into your CRM, building a simple CRM and email automation package, Mailchimp assistance and maintenance, diary management, credit control, making telephone calls for you, order processing, responding to social media messages on your behalf, sharing your blog, proof-reading, transcription, data entry, internet research, analytics, presentations, travel arrangements.
When you sign up to our service, we will enter all of your key details into our system, including full staff list, email addresses, mobile numbers, directions to your premises and opening times. It is important our Genies have this information at their fingertips so that they can explain your business and ensure continuity of your business. Once you are up and running, we will be in regular contact with you to ensure the smooth running of your account.
You will have a dedicated PA as your lead PA. They will manage the workflow and be your point of contact. If we’re handling your calls too, a small team will support your business, so there is always someone who can assist your callers.
Yes. We are happy to patch calls through to you if you elect to pay for this optional extra service. There are two options depending on whether you are going to be a regular or occasional user of this service.
1-3 days depending on which services you’re after. We may be able to set you up the same day if needed, subject to how complicated it is.
All information is kept confidentiality. Only your PA and their backup cover will have access to the information. It is stored on our local network in the office and backed up overnight to a secure UK site.
You can train your PA in person at our Genie Heights office in Northampton or via a phone/video call and connection to her machine
We can schedule regular reviews of your work with your PA or you can simply drop her a line to fit with your diary.
