Our meeting room is available to hire at a cost £16 per hour or £100 per day plus VAT.
You can hire our meeting room either by the hour, part or whole day between the hours of 8.30am and 8pm Monday - Friday and 9am - 5pm on Saturdays. Should you require hours outside of these, please do ask as we will accommodate where possible.
Our meeting room holds up to 13 people.
The room can be set out as either classroom or boardroom style, whichever you require, simply let us know at the time of booking and we will have it ready when you arrive.
There is ample free parking at the back of the building. We are also on a main bus route and not far from the station either.
We can provide refreshments as required. Drinks are charged at £2.50 per person, per day and various lunch options are available from either popping next door to the club, or sandwiches to full buffet as required.
Yes, there is FREE Wifi available with the hire of our room. A projector is included in the whole day price or is available at £15 per part day. A flip chart and pens are available and included in the charge.
Our room is available from 8.30am until 8pm Monday - Friday. It is also available from 9am until 5pm on a Saturday. Extended hours and possibility of Sunday hire available on request.
