At your onboarding call, we will discuss your business with you and your team will then undergo specific training on your account. Your dedicated team get to know what you do and how you do it.

You will actually have a small team working on your account, so there is always someone who can assist your customers and prospects.

The Office Genie’s normal hours are 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday and Friday (or extended hours 8.00am – 8.00pm; 9.00am – 5pm Saturday). We do also have a 24/7 team in New Zealand should you need support outside our usual hours.

1-3 days depending on which services you’re after. We may be able to set you up the same day if needed, subject to how complicated it is.

You are more than welcome to come and visit us at Genie Heights. You can either drop in if you are passing or if there are specific team members you are working with and would like to meet, simply arrange a day/time so we can ensure they are in as not all Genies work full-time.
