When we tell callers that you are currently with customers, you get the added benefit of implied recommendation – after all, a busy shop sends a good signal to customers!

Some companies want to appear bigger, others want to sound more professional, but for most it’s because they know customers won’t leave a message, and so every time they miss a call they’re either irritating an existing customer or losing out on new business.

You will actually have a small team answering your calls, so there is always someone who can assist your callers.

At your onboarding call, we will discuss this with you when setting your service up, and your team will then undergo specific training on your account. Your dedicated team get to know what you do and how you do it.

The Office Genie’s normal hours are 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday and Friday (or extended hours 8.00am – 8.00pm; 9.00am – 5pm Saturday). We do also have a 24/7 team in New Zealand should you need support outside our usual hours.

When you sign up to our service, we will enter all of your key details into our system, including full staff list, email addresses, mobile numbers, directions to your premises and opening times. It is important our Genies have this information at their fingertips so that they can explain your business and ensure continuity of your business. Once you are up and running, we will be in regular contact with you to ensure the smooth running of your account.

Yes. We are happy to patch calls through to you if you elect to pay for this optional extra service. There are two options depending on whether you are going to be a regular or occasional user of this service.

1-3 days depending on which services you’re after. We may be able to set you up the same day if needed, subject to how complicated it is.

We like to look at our service as an investment in your customer service. Our packages start from £55+vat per month.  During our Discovery Call we will discuss with you what sort of service you require ie. basic message taking or full call handling and look at your call volumes. We will then put together a fully bespoke proposal to meet your needs.
